Civic 2000 no dash lights and won't start

I have a similar problem in that i get no ignition light in the dash or any other lights(Air-bag, ABS and the key symbol etc) that used to come on when the key is turned to ignition, but other ignition dependant things like radio central locking work. Checked all the fuses both under the hood and in the car all are fine. No spark at plugs either. I've read in the forums about the main relay can this cause the lights in dash to knock out as well as cutting the electrics? and another strange thing indicator lights (including hearing the relays) don't work but the hazrd lights work, please help!!

The first thing i would think of are the fuses. Since you already checked them, i don't know what to suggest any more.

Main relay is definately NOT responsible for this. It operates the fuel pump and has nothing to do with lights, or spark.

Only thing that comes to my mind is that some relay under the steering wheel has gone bad and is messing with your stuff. This is just a vague guess, but i'd first make sure all fuses are good (once again) and then take it to a shop for diagnostics (your car is OBD-II).
