Ummm... go to a parts store... buy new plugs... should be pre gapped... take off plug wires... carefully... and one at a time... unscrew old plug... careful... don't mess up threads or let dirt and debris fall in cylinder... screw in new plug... careful-threads again... don't crank down on it when u tighten it... just make it... uh.. tight... so it won't vibrate loose... relplace plug wire... repeat.
Very simple thing to do... installation is opposite of removal... lol
