Changing Ignition Lock on a 85 Dodge Ram

I have an 85 dodge ram and I'm trying to change the Ignition lock. I got the steering wheel off, but I can't get the metal sleeve that's protecting the old ignition lock off. if anyone could help me, I'd greatly appreciate it.
