My cars transmission is over heating

My vs transmission over heats when I drive it and there is metal shavings in the oil from the transmission what do I do?

You have some excessive wear issues. When was last service? Screen is probably clogging.

The. Transmission has already been changed but the old torque converter was used for the new box
