cars that run on water

Can anyone tell me if they have any experience with the HYDROSTAR SYSTEM. It is supposed to take the hydrogen from water and uses it to run your car. What would be the drawbacks to this system? It all sounds good but I am sceptical. Thanks

I'm not personally familiar with it, but after reading the points made here I'm skeptical too. To boot, 99% of links I found regarding this type of system were "pitches" for it...not unbiased 3rd party reviews or opinions of it.

Now, if and when a reputable source like Popular Science, Popular Mechanics, Consumer Reports, etc. says something good about it, then my ears would perk up a bit.
