Sparadic Horn failure

I have an older Honda Odyssey, which began having sparadic horn failure. I took to the Honda dealer and they replaced cable reel assembly and it worked for 5 months. Then, it started failing sparadic again. They rechecked the new cable reel and of course, the horn worked while in the shop and when I picked it up. It now fails more than it works but the dealer says they "have no more options". Any suggestions?
