car starts...but if turned off won't start again

I have a 95 Honda civic and I have recently had a problem with my car. It will start just fine, but as soon as it is running for a while it will not start again if I have to stop or turn off the car. What could the possible problem be????:

I would focus on the main relay and the igniter. Most likely the main relay, which is located under the dash, about where the driver's left knee would hit the kick panel. To locate, turn ignition on and off and you will hear it "click." The main relay's mounting bracket is usually attached with a 10 mm bolt. Remove under-dash fuse box cover and lower dash panel for access.
