. Remove and fully charge the battery. Clean battery terminals and cable connections.

. Ensure gas tank has enough fuel in it. Then, turn ignition switch to ON and wait until the fuel pump stops running. Repeat this process four times. This will fully pressurize the fuel rail with gas, which is necessary for it to start.
