I have a 94 Dodge ram 1500 an the right front brake caliper sticks , I have replaced the caliper a few months ago because of the stickyness . what could cause this to happen?

You need to lubricate the caliper pins with silicone grease or Squeak Relief, which is silicone grease with moly. An excellent product to use in this situation is Motorcraft Silicone Brake Caliper Grease and Dielectric Compound (XG-3-A). It's available at your local Ford or Lincoln/Mercury dealer. If the caliper pins are worn, they can be easily replaced.

You want to also completely change the brake fluid every 2 years, which is particularly easy to do on trucks. I'd recommend Valvoline Brake Fluid for your truck.

An aging brake hose can also cause this problem. The interior lining can separate and prevent the return flow of brake fluid.

Replace BOTH front hoses or your problems will simply move to the other side...
Frankly, due to the age of the vehicle, I would have replaced both hoses and both calipers.

Even side-to-side braking is vital for control.

Have the rear braking system, and the park brake system, thoroughly inspected.
Many brake shops will do the inspection for little or no charge.

And don't forget to flush out the old fluid and put fresh fluid in and bleed the system completely.
