blowing cold air

I have a 95 beretta 3100 v6
With the engine warmed up, it blows out cold air when the temp gage needle moves toward the hot and hot air when the needle turns to the cold.Any ideas??

Check the coolant level.
Check for vacuum leaks.
Let us know what you find.
