My truck battery had some corrosion on the terminals, so I disconected, cleaned and reattached and now all I get is clicking. Did I crack a wire or is my connection bad ? do I clean them with baking soda solution? I've got it on the charger right now. Any thoughts ?

After Battery is charged, Turn on headlights, bright, turn off, Try to start car.
If you have a volt Meter, Measure voltage at battery "Posts", not terminals,
Have some one crank engine over, note voltage. Hook Meter to Battery wires, or terminals, should be relatively same voltage when cranking, unless bad connecton.
To determine which cable is having a problem: One lead on terminal, and one on wire,
any bad connection or resistance will show up as voltage.
Could be bad battery, alternator not charging, or a drain.
Baking Soda will neutralize acid. then rinse with water.
