99 Honda Civic wont start

My 99 Honda Civic wont start. It ran fine, I came home went back to start car a couple hours later and nothing. Lights, radio, everythings on. It wont jump off. Is it possible that its my timing belt or is that a long shot?I have 160,000 miles on it and have had the timing belt changed around 80,000 mi. and knew that I should be getting it done again.

Thanks!
