my radio and cd player stop working

hi all,

mine car , nissan altima 98 with 100.000mi, doesn't want start. i took it to a mechanic and he changed a burnt out fuse. now even the major problem is solved 2 things are giving me hard time: 1 the engine service soon lights permanently. 2 the radio and cd player doesn;t work at all.
what could be the reason and what is the possible solution.
please send me your advise
