95 Mercury Sable Wagon won't start

95 Mercury Sable Wagon - 3.8 L - fuel injected - power everything.

I started the car & went to move it but I was blocked in by another car. I put it in park & shut the car off.
When the car was moved I went to start it & I got nothing.
I have full power, lights, radio, power windows & locks. Everything electrical I can test seems to work. I have checked some of the fuse links that pertain to the ignition & all are fine. I don't believe any of the regular fuses would cause this, can they???
Does anyone have any ideas???
Any help would be appreciated.
