95 Honda Civic EX wont start.

95 Honda Civic EX wont start.

I have read the posts about the starting problems. My problem is this:
Woke up, tried to start the car. No click or battery drain. fuel pump ran w/o problem. radio and lights no prob. Roll started the car. Started. Hand battery and starter checked at Autozone. - Starter bad. Bought new starter no joy. Connected switch terminal to main power lead of the solenoid Starter ran and started the car.
Starter fuse is good
Is there an ignition relay in the dash that may haved died?
