95 Ford F150 fuse

95 Ford F150 fuse

I also have another F150 and this one will not go in gear .Everytime i change the fuse it blows, I know I have a short somewhere but where.Without thsi fuse I cannot take it out of park and I have no brake lights. I have replace the part that attached to the brake pedal.
