94honda civic won't start and I have done dust, relay,and checked the pump

I have a 94 civic and it has no spark no fuel I checked pump changed relay and distributed if some on could help me with this thank you very much. I am very good with toyota trucks and volvo cars if I can help some one with there problem shooting
