    94 eagle vision limp mode
HELP!! My 1994 eagle vision dropped in to limp mode (2nd gear on trans) about a year ago... and at that time, I noticed a difference between the wiring diagrams on the 1994 vs the 1995 whereas the 95 had a separate 12v lead going to the "auto shut down" relay.
I added this lead and the trans started to shift fine again.
But now... the trans is stuck in 2nd again (and the lead that I added is still supplying 12v to the "ASDR"). I get a MIL code of "47" indicating that my charging voltage is too low, but my battery is charging just fine. I don't know if this has any relavance or not. Does anyone know what I can try next?

If the wire had been upgraded on the diagram, There may be move of a draw than you think, are you sure you still have a Good clean secure 12 volt supply. Just checking with a meter won't assure of a good connection unless you get it on a digital meter at the source to the hundreds of a volt then go to the oter end to see if the is a voltage drop... Did you use crimp connections they should be cleaned and soldered. What gauge wire did you use. Look for the obvious.

95 Eagle Vision Doesn't Start Sometimes... [ 1 Answers ]

We have a 95 Eagle Vision that won't start sometimes and dies while we're driving occasionally. It's not the battery or starter or fuel pump. We've had a mechanic look at it, and he thinks he's narrowed it down to one of three different sensors (or perhaps the whole computer), but doesn't know...
