94 Civic EX Sedan...Starter Woes

Hi Everybody,
I have been told that the starter is shot on my 94 Civic (1.6l) EX sedan. I bought a used one on Ebay for a good price, but noticed when it arrived that the tag the parts house affixed was designated 'EX coupe' (of course no mention of coupe or sedan on their initial description, and they aren't writing back...). I am trying to determine whether this is in fact the same part as used on the sedan before I start tearing into the job. Any insight will be welcome and appreciated.

Yes, they're the same. The fact that their body is a bit different in the read, has nothing to do with what's under the hood. The fact that they're both EX makes all the difference.
