I drove the car to a mechanic and he did a diagnostic test and could not find a problem.
the car has ran great except for the two times mentioned. What could be the problem? |
I just registered in order to ask the exact same question.

I have the same car (auto tran). In addition to the problem described here, my car also had couple of no-starts during hot weather last summer. I had plugs, wire, distributer cap and fuel filter replaced, but no help. I heard there is recall on the ignition switch. Could it be another cause? I will follow txgreasemonkey's suggestions. Thanks!
