. If disks were turned on a lathe (it's better to use a ProCut machine), it's possible you now have lateral runout, where disks and pads are not perfectly parallel. In other words they turned the disks to the lathe's axis, not the spindle's axis. Every time the disk rotates now it strikes the pad at a corner. The result can be wheel shake and other phenomena. Basic geometry really comes into play here.

Brakes can be difficult to assess from afar. Attention to detail makes a huge difference when doing brakes. Did you apply silicone grease to the caliper pins? Did you change the brake fluid, using an approved ABS fluid, and completely bleed the brake system? |
