where is the fuel relay switch on a 92 honda accord?

its a main relay/fuel relay its up under the dask on the drivers side its got a 10mm bolt holding up there its a retangle block with 8 wires going to it with a bracket on it it will say mitsuba with numbers rz-oo88 thats not the right number but it will work cause i got a 92 accord too but i put a
h23 dohc motor in it which i got to pull back out cause the rod bearings went

Under dash, left of steering column (hidden by silver cruise control box, which needs to be removed).
