wiring?

The headlight only go off and on when I only turn on the car, once the car is warmed up its ok, I also notice that it happens (both) on high beams has well, I thought it might be the headlight relay but can seem to locate it. I've look in the location where other fuse and relay are but didn't find it there.

Check your headlight switch (stalk). It could be the cause of the problem. It is best tested with a multimeter after removing the switch from the steering column but you can also try slowly switching the headlights on (slowly rotating the switch). When the headlights are on, try rotating it as far as it can go (without excessive force, of course!) and see if it would turn off while you do it.

turn headlight switch

I've tried your idea of turning the headlight switch as far as it go but it didn't help, Iam going to try replace the head switch to see if that work, do you know if you have to remove the steering wheel to remove the switch? Thanks again for your help
