need an idea on what to do bout ac noise

i have a 1998 rodeo izuzu and the ac works fine still gets cold but it makes a really annoying sound when i turn on the ac the noise is coming from under the gllove box it sounds like a lawn mower im not sure if something could be stuck in there or what the deal is but ive been told it was the compressor or something like that or the fan just looking for a idea of what is wrong with it so i can drive in peace again

Does it make the noise if you just run the fan?

The blower motor needs removing and cleaning out. The noise is an off balance like a washing machine.
