2007 Dodge ram radio

I have a 2007 Dodge ram with the 6 disc cd player. The dealer recently replaced it due to a defect in the face plate. Now, when I turn on my Inno and dial to a station (88.5) there is a lot of static. Any adjustments? The Inno is using the antenna mounted adapter to transmit the signal to the radio. This was not a problem with the original radio

They may not have gotten the antenna firmly installed into the rear of the unit. I'd obviously recommend returning immediately and aggressively discussing the matter.
