I 2005 Hyundai Elantra and AC fan wont blow air

I hear ac compressor kick in but ac fan won't blow any air. When I driving the car, I can feel the cold air coming from vent but it I stop, air stop blowing.

Please help me, I live in Hawaii and it's 85 degree.

Have you tried any fuses for the blower?

No, there is no fuse in the fuse box. Or I can't find one in there.

So there isn't a diagram on the panel or anything telling you what is what? I don't know how it is set up in yours. Look through your fuses and see if any of them are blown.
