2004 accord won't start

2004 accord won't start

i put the key in the ignition turn to on position everything works normal(windows roll down, sun roof opens, lights on and everything,) but when i go to turn it on it doesn't do anything at all does not turn over whatsoever......Does anyone know what it might be? any knowledge would be greatly appreciated....Thank you very much........
