2003 Honda Accord LX

2003 Honda Accord LX

My 03 Accord has a a couple of problems one the radio doesnt work tried replacing the Fuse but it stil keeps on burning out and when it is replaced for a short while all i get is static or nothing at all. secondly my windshield wipers dont work at all?
