2003 ford escape reset radio

I changed the battery on my Honda Element and now the radio does not work. I found the code but it still reads error. Does anyone know how to reset the radio?

I got into my car to go to work, put my vehicle into drive, stepped on the gas, and nothing It felt like I had it on neutral. The are, 2, and 1 work but not the D gear. Can you let me know what is going on. Thnaks:

Bought a 98 Ranger w/no owners manual. Downloaded it but it refered to see the "Audio Guide" for instructions. Can't find one on net. Can't find an owner of a Ranger. Need to set time.

I have a 2002 ford escape, the automaic door opener will not open the read hatchback, I have checked the fuses under the hood and everything is OK, is there anythere fusebox that I am not aware of. Also how do you open the read hatchback without the remote.

My battery died, so my husband tried to jump my car and it (the battery at the terminal) sparked. I called AAA and got a new battery, but since my husband may have screwed up the jump, not all electrical things in my car work...such as the dome light, map lights, remote access, radio. All the fuses...
