2002 Honda Accord Special Edition Radio code

THE radio on this car (pin No. 1HGCG56742A139797) has a "C 1" showing whenever its turned on. This cae does not have the sticker in the glove compartment. Hor do I remove the "C 1" code and make the radio work again?

If you are the original owner, call the dealer that sold you the car and ask for the code. Often times, they store the code on a hard copy when they perform the PDI (Pre-delivery inspection).

Thanks. I'll try that. And, since they are trying to sell me a new car, I have a little clout with them. Incidently, My trouble started when I replaced the battery.

Codes are only obtained from the dealer But look in the inside cover of your manual mine was there .
