2000 f-350

2000 f-350---just put on new power steering pump. i thought at first the pump was bad but after i got into changing pump i saw the pressure hose had blown off.....i got new pump new hose and installed them. steering was very hard just like before i changed pump..so i thought i had air in system so i loosened pressure to see if that would help(WHILE TRUCK WAS RUNNING) steering got easier but system was making a lot of noise then the pressure line blew again.is this because i had loosen the line or is my problem in the brake system or what help thanks
