2001 Ford F250 Turbo Diesel Mechanical problems
4X4 problem, seems like a switch or fuse or relay switch. Recent trip and it will not engage.

Check all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter:

I did check fuses both places visually could not find a break! Are some fuses blown and not visual?

The proper way is to check for "power through the fuse," by using a test light or multimeter. On many trucks, I've found corrosion on fuses in the under hood fuse box. The fuses themselves, however, were fine. Just remove and clean with abrasive cloth--best to apply dielectric grease, afterwards.
