2000 yz 125

My yz is not running right. I ride motorcross and when I go into a slow corner and twist the throttle to power out, it bogs down. It seems like I am always in to high or low of a gear. It goes from bogging down to the power band. I looked at the reeds and there was no carbon build up and they looked flat. Does anyone have a idea of what it could be? Thanks

Remove the muffler and look for carbon buildup in the exhaust port--carefully dig it out, if necessary. Only use Mobil 1 or Amsoil synthetic two-cycle oil:

AMSOIL - Two-Cycle Oils - The Fabulous Four

These products run much cleaner and produce almost no carbon buildup. Performance is vastly superior.
