2000 chevy malibu unlock codes

I have a 2000 chevy malibu and the battery died on it now I need a code to unlock my stereo and I don't know wherer to find it at or who to ask. I need Help.

Try calling the dealer from whom you bought the car. Sometimes, it's recorded in the owner's manual or inside the glove compartment.

Not sure what year they made the switch, but some of the newer GMs have to have the radio reset through the computer.
