1998 Toyota Camry auto shift gear light
My 1998 Toyota Camry auto shift gear light went off last week.
What should I do to replace it? Where to start un-assemble the parts to reach the light bulb? If you have the answer please send e-mail to me. Make sure to write 1998 Camry on the subject line. Too many spam e-mails. If not write out right, it might get tossed. |

Console must come out. 2-12mm at bottom of center compartment. Pop shifter bezel up and out. Disconnect power outlet socket. Shifter plate may need to be popped up to get some accessiblity. Takes a regular 194 bulb. (peanut bulb)
After you get done, you'll know why we're sooooo expensive at the dealer. :mad: |

I want to get the overhead light replaced for my Toyota Camry(1995). There are no visible screws which can be unscrewed.I tried using a screwdriver and my thumbnails to pop it out but it does not work. Can someone please suggest a better way of getting this done? Thanks. Ankesh
