    1998 Honda accord ex
    I have a 98 accord ex that all of a sudden just wouldn't crank.I have checked the voltage at battery when trying to turn engine and the voltage is unaffected by it.the lights are good and bright and when you try to start engine the lights don't get weak.the starter does not make any noise when trying to start.does anyone no of something I could check that could be bad I really don't think it's the starter

    . Remove and fully charge the battery. The voltage may test fine, but I bet the amperage is very low. Most auto parts stores will test and charge batteries for free. The battery is likely bad.
