1997 Honda Plastic Around Dash Removal

Hi,
I need to remove the plastic covering on the dash of my 97 Honda Accord. I need to access the panel where the speedometer, tach, temp etc. gauges are located. Does anybody know how to take off the black plastic and clear plastic to reach the panel itself? Thanks a lot....Craig in Iowa
