    1997 honda accord
    Automatic, 197,000 miles. When I take my foot off the gas, my rpms jump up, then slowly go down and then moves up a little bit? Why is this happening? What can I do to fix it?

    Try replacing the Ignition Control Module (ICM) inside the distributor. Be sure to apply silicone heat transfer compound to the back of the new ICM.
