1995 Honda Civic ran out of gas

1995 Honda Civic ran out of gas

After refueling with 5 gallons of gas, the car still will not start. Are there any reset buttons or tricks of the trade to get the gas back to the fuel injector? Car turns over very strong but doesn't spark.
