1994 honda civic head conversion

i took a 1.5 liter honda civic head off my car because the head is warped by .4 hundreths , so i bought another head for fifty bucks and it came off a 1.6 and when i got it on my car, the original timing belt was a little to long, is there shorter ones?????I really need to know , by the way i race my car on a dirtrack in vinton,ohio.
