Battery Jump (reversed) 2003 Ford Escape

My battery died, so my husband tried to jump my car and it (the battery at the terminal) sparked. I called AAA and got a new battery, but since my husband may have screwed up the jump, not all electrical things in my car work...such as the dome light, map lights, remote access, radio. All the fuses and relays were checked and they are all OK. Any suggestions as to what may be wrong?? Oh yeah, the door locks only work when the key is on. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Test, again, all under-dash and under-hood fuses with a test light or multimeter. Here's how:

aucontraire agrees: The fuses were tested twice...all are good
