Wheres my ecm? 99 civic

Where can I locate my ecm , map sensor and main relay? Also does my cel say check engine on it cause if so I don't think it's working? I don't think it's my main relay cause I;m getting plenty of spark and fuel it just seems the timing and/or mixture is off. What do you think? 99 civic
