o have a questio people i have a hoda civic dx and the some B**** wont start or turnover for that matteri know its not that BATTERY i know its not the the IGNITION would someone help me out its been sitting for three months the head lights wont work and when u try to start it none of the light turn on the hazard light work and the horn works what do u guys think...

First get the battery recharged, its dead.

Its not turning over at all? Its probably the starter. The starter is located under the distributor. Have someone turn the key to start and you tap (the starter) on it with a metal pole. If it starts you need a starter. If it doesn't start it still may be the starter.
