1992 Honda Accord EX not starting due to warm weather

1992 Honda Accord EX not starting due to warm weather

My 1992 Accord runs smoothly and starts continously during the year EXCEPT when it sits in the warm sun. After the sun declines the car starts with no issues. This has happened roughly 10 times in the last year. I've taken my car many times to a respectable, honest mechanic and he has not eleborated on the issue. What is to be done?
