1992 accord how to replace starter

my 92 accord has had many problems in the short time i have had it ( once every two-three weeks) but earlier today i parked the car for about two minutes and when i tried to start it up again the starter made no attempt to start, no warning, no sound, nothing. so my question to you is can i change the starter myself and how would i go about doing that.
