1992 1.6 litre honda civic si

My teenage daughter was just given a non working honda civic.
Try as i may i cannot locate the led error light that is supposed to be by the passenger
foot well. I have pulled up carpet, looked under glove box and cannot find it.
I have resoldered the Main Relay but still get only one click and no sound from the fuel pump yet.Thanks for any help
