1990 Honda CRX Unable to read fuse instructions as it is in Jap!

I am unable to read the instrustions on the fuse cover as it is in Jap and not english, can anyone translate this for me to English

I would guess that you need to read it to check a possible fuse problem? You could just check them all. It doesn't solve the japanese problem but it does tell if any fuses are bad.

You could also start pullng and seeing what effect it has on the car and lable accordingly.
