Alright heres my issue, I bought a 1990 Honda civic and it had an engine swap with a 1989 acura integra. Here is my problem the original honda civic engine was a single overhead cam and the integra engine is a dual cam, so now I have one cam not connected to anything, the timing box at the end of the cam has 2 wires coming out of it, I need to know where to connect these wires. Any information would be great.

Also my car is very hard to start when cold, could this be caused by having no thermostat? If not what could cause this problems. Also sometimes not all the time, I will go to start the car and it will start right up but idle at about 2-3 grand and keep rising up then eventually go down. I put a new battery in it.
