Your best bet is your local wrecking yard for all of your needs.

The engine should be no problem but be aware that seats for a particular application that are in good condition are rare. You don't state whether you have the existing seat or not. If you do and they are just ratty you can buy a seat recovering kit and recover them in an afternoon. If not then budget in a recovering kit and then you dont need to be too choosy with the condition of what you find in the local junk yard as all you are looking for is basically the seat frames and padding. If you find good ones that only need a little cleaning up then that is a plus.
