This is Dinesh.Presently i have done my bachelor degree in Engineering and i am working as a Software Engineer in a reputed Company.But i wish to Pursue my Masters in Human Resources Management at HARVARD.I just wanted to know that for getting into HBS for the course i have intented should i mandatorily have the experience from the HR background alone or my experience as Software Engineer Would Suffice.Even if it is not mandatory will it affect my chances of getting into HBS
